Our delivery approach balances speed, cost, and care: lightweight items ship via standard couriers, bulky machines travel by specialist carriers with tracking and optional liftgate service, and local express delivery is available for nearby postcodes. Each product page lists shipping size and any special handling notes. For purchases that include installation or scheduled maintenance, we coordinate dates with you to minimise interruptions. We partner with PCI-compliant payment providers and offer secure checkout for online orders. If you need bespoke delivery or commercial fleet arrangements, our team will provide tailored quotes and scheduled logistics to meet site requirements.

Delivery options and lead times

We offer tiered delivery services to match the product size and your urgency. Standard courier delivery is available for small accessories and hand tools with typical lead times of 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom. For larger items such as lawn mowers and irrigation controllers that require specialist handling, we use palletised carriers with scheduled door-to-door delivery, typically 3–7 business days depending on postcode. Express local delivery is available for same-week slots within our primary service area around Springfield for a modest fee. For commercial customers, we provide scheduled deliveries and bulk freight options with agreed windows to support site planning. Scheduled assembly and handover can be added to the delivery appointment for an additional fee, and we will confirm access requirements and any vehicle restrictions in advance. Tracking details are provided for all shipments so you can monitor arrival and plan pickup or on-site installation accordingly.

Standard delivery

Preparing for delivery

Please ensure clear access and confirm the delivery address and contact number when checking out. For bulky items, measure gate and driveway clearances and let us know any access restrictions so our carrier can plan the safe approach. If you require an installation appointment, select the service option at checkout or arrange one via our contact page.

Warranty, returns, and claims

Our warranty and returns policies are designed to be straightforward and fair. Standard manufacturer warranty terms differ by product: most chassis and structural components carry a two year warranty while engines and electrical components commonly carry one year. Extended warranty options up to five years are available at purchase for selected models. All warranty terms are clearly stated on each product page and in your order confirmation. If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, contact our support team with the order number, product serial number, and photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim, advise on repair or replacement options, and if needed issue an RMA for return. For returns outside warranty (change of mind) we accept unused products in original packaging within 14 days, subject to a reasonable restocking fee and the item being in resalable condition. Refunds are issued using the original payment method after inspection. For heavy or bulky items, return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty and covered by warranty.

Service, spare parts and scheduled maintenance

GreenEdge maintains a local inventory of common spare parts and consumables to reduce downtime for our customers. We offer scheduled maintenance plans for regularly used equipment, which include recommended service intervals, priority booking, and discounted labour rates for parts replacement. Maintenance plans are tailored to usage patterns and can cover inspection, oil and filter changes, blade sharpening, belt replacement and safety checks. For clients operating multiple machines across sites, we provide fleet service agreements with on-site servicing where practical and planned parts supply to match service intervals. Our workshop is equipped to handle most repairs quickly, and we keep customers informed of estimated repair times and costs prior to any work being carried out. If a product requires a warranty repair, we coordinate with the manufacturer and keep you updated on progress. For urgent or emergency repairs, contact our support line and we will advise the fastest available option and any temporary measures you can take to continue safe use.
