These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GreenEdge Tools website, services, and the purchase of products from GreenEdge Tools. Ordering and contracts
When you place an order online, you make an offer to purchase the goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by GreenEdge Tools. Prices shown on the site are in the currency indicated and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where pricing mistakes occur.
Payments and security
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment partners. We do not store card details on our servers. You warrant that the payment details you provide are yours and authorised for use. Orders may be subject to credit or fraud checks and we reserve the right to cancel orders where such checks fail.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms depend on the product and the delivery option selected. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title to goods passes once we have received payment in full. Returns & cancellations
If you change your mind you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt, subject to a restocking charge and carriage costs where applicable. Custom or configured items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty items are handled under the warranty process. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenEdge Tools’ liability for direct loss or damage arising from our negligence, breach of contract or otherwise is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss such as lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
Intellectual property
All content on the site including text, images, logos and designs is owned by or licensed to GreenEdge Tools. You may view and print pages for personal use but you must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
